Shipping policy
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: For expedited shipping, please contact us at sjhomeandliving@gmail.com. Shipping will be charged as per actuals, and delivery can be expected within 3-4 hours for Delhi/NCR.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Saraaya is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- Saraaya is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping:
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
